Cics Load-modules activation

Purpose

This is an optional z/OS Phase.

The phase is used to generate PHASEIN CICS commands and to submit them for immediately activating CICS load module files (maps and programs).

The Phase selects the CICS Load-module Files from the Kobee Target Environment for generating a JCL using PHASEIN commands and runs the JCL on z/OS. There is no control of the actions as there are no results for the commands.

The Promotion of components and load-modules Phase assumes the action of copy from the target, and transfers them to z/OS PDSs, before in the Environment Phase sequence.

Usage

The Cics Load-modules activation Phase can be used on Deploy Environments.

This Phase is dependent on the Promotion of components and load-modules Phase.
